The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.

The 2024 WCA Conference will be held November 8-9, 2024 in Madison, WI. Presentations will occur on Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 9. Sessions on Friday will be 2 hour workshops. Sessions on Saturday will be 1 hour breakout sessions. Proposals must be submitted by August 1.
Directions: Please submit all requested information. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Proposals will NOT be considered unless submitted on this form. If all fields are not complete upon submission, your form will not be accepted. Please be prepared to have all information that is being requested.

Please be grammatically correct when writing your proposal, including titles, as both will be published as you write them.
Please ensure that you have included the names of all presenters. Do not list additional names unless they will be in attendance for the presentation. Requests for additional presenters after the submission due date will not be accepted.
The primary presenter must hold a state license and have higher level education. Any unlicensed person MUST be accompanied by a licensed person that will not only be present during the presentation, but must also lead the presentation (in accordance with NBCC).
Presenters must register for the conference by October 1.
Accepted presenters will receive 50% off of their registration, provided the lead presenter is a WCA member(or member of ACA if not from Wisconsin) and all are registered by October 1.
