The Wisconsin Counseling Association Executive Board would like to invite you to consider exhibiting at the Annual Conference November 1-2, 2019 in Madison, WI. We would also like to invite you to consider sponsoring our event and/or purchasing advertisement space in our program book. This year's theme is The Constant of Change: Keeping Pace with the Profession. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your business or sell your products at our conference! Please note, you must purchase an exhibitor table in order to sell product at our conference.
Deadline for exhibitor requests: October 26th, 2019.
Deadline for sponsorship and ad space: October 19th, 2019
Exhibitor prices include up to two meals for Saturday's lunch as well as break food/beverages.
Exhibitors will receive prime space based on when payment is received.
Exhibitors are responsible for supplying any audio/visual equipment that is needed. This includes power strips, video equipment, laptops, and extension cords.
Exhibitors may begin setting up their table on Friday, Nov. 1 at 5pm.
